Consciousness is so important in this time.
It’s so easy for all of us to avoid doing our own inner work to clarify and resolve our own splits, harsh inner judgments and conflicts. But if we don’t, we see those unresolved shadows playing out in the world in the lives and actions of others. If we’re not careful, we will righteously point our fingers at the “other’s” ignorance, and unconsciousness etc.
We shut them out of our hearts, slam the door on dialogue and healing, not realizing we are rejecting, vulnerable, unhealed, unconscious, aspects of ourselves.
Yoga gives us the tools for deep reflection, loving acceptance and integration, without shame, of all of the parts of ourselves — true wholeness. When we find ourselves thinking about that person and their flaws, blaming them for our suffering, particularity if we are avoiding addressing it lovingly, we can choose to get on our mat instead.
Turn the tables to our heart and claim our highest choices.
What is our part in all of this? Start with self love and compassion for all and see what can happen. See you on the mat
